Return and exchange period

  1. The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the request must be made by contacting us through the communication channels available in the store.
  2. Exchange or return for reasons attributable to the customer:
    If the return or exchange is due to a customer-related reason, the customer will have to bear the round-trip shipping costs.
  3. In the case of offers or when shipping has been free for certain products specified by the store, if the customer wishes to make a return, they must also assume the round-trip shipping costs.
  4. Exchange or return due to a store error or receipt of an incorrect order:
    In this case, the store will assume the costs of the exchange or return.

No product may be returned or exchanged after its original packaging has been opened.
