Return and exchange period
- The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the request must be made by contacting us through the communication channels available in the store.
- Exchange or return for reasons attributable to the customer:
If the return or exchange is due to a customer-related reason, the customer will have to bear the round-trip shipping costs.
- In the case of offers or when shipping has been free for certain products specified by the store, if the customer wishes to make a return, they must also assume the round-trip shipping costs.
- Exchange or return due to a store error or receipt of an incorrect order:
In this case, the store will assume the costs of the exchange or return.
No product may be returned or exchanged after its original packaging has been opened.
